Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MagicMenty AI, operated by Gimnex Softwares Pvt Ltd, at https://magicmenty.com/ and related applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MagicMenty AI provides a desktop interview copilot that can transcribe meeting audio and suggest answers on a private overlay. The Service is provided on a prepaid minute basis unless we offer a separate promotion. AI output may be inaccurate; you must review suggestions before speaking or submitting work.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with interview platform rules, employer policies, and applicable law.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Payments and interview minutes
Prices are shown on the Pricing page in INR or USD depending on your region. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Interview minutes are deducted only while live AI assistance is active, as described on the site and dashboard. Bonus minutes from referrals or promotions are subject to the terms shown at the time of the offer.
5. Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital goods and consumable minutes, purchases are generally non-refundable once minutes are credited to your account, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund (for example, duplicate charges or verified technical failure on our side). Contact support@magicmenty.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Share account access or resell minutes without permission.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as guaranteed correct or as human-authored where that would be deceptive.
7. Third-party platforms
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other meeting tools are not affiliated with us. Their terms apply to your use of those products. We are not responsible for actions taken by interviewers or platforms based on your use of assistance tools.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to process content you submit solely to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INTERVIEW OUTCOMES, JOB OFFERS, OR ERROR-FREE AI RESPONSES.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIMNEX SOFTWARES PVT LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Unused prepaid minutes are not convertible to cash upon termination unless required by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
